EnquireRaventine & Co was founded in New York in 2021. What began as a B2B growth and strategy practice serving clients across the United States is today a group spanning management consulting, applied AI, and real estate investment.
Raventine & Co was established in the state of New York in 2021, with an ambition that reached well beyond it: to bring serious, evidence-led growth strategy to B2B organizations across the United States.
Those early years defined our craft. We built customer journey maps for companies that had never seen their own funnel end to end. We designed customer loyalty strategies that survived contact with the market. We engineered growth mechanisms — the compounding, structural kind, not the campaign kind — for clients who needed a system rather than a season.
By 2023 it was clear that the next constraint on our clients' growth would not be strategy. It would be execution capacity. So we began building AI-based automation systems for the very clients we advised — not as an experiment, but as the natural extension of work we had already scoped. Advice and delivery stopped being separate disciplines at Raventine that year.
What we learned building for clients, we then turned on ourselves. In 2024 we founded Validify. In 2025, Wellplate. Products of our own, held to the same standard we ask of every recommendation we make: it has to work in the market, not just in the deck.
